John Gigacz has 35+ years’ of experience in the fields of Business Systems Development, Information Systems Planning, Business and IT Architecture, and Business Transformation.
He has supported and advised large corporations across many sectors, in executive roles, with professional services firms, and as an independent consultant.
He jointly founded Enterprise Architects, an integrated architecture services business. The company recently divided it into three distinct entities: EA People, EA Learning and FromHereOn, in order to provide a stronger focus on the distinct service lines of talent services, training and education, and consulting, while leveraging the natural synergies across the group. The focus of each of these businesses remains on Business and IT Architecture, Design and Business Transformation. John’s role now is CEO of both EA People and EA Learning, as well as a director of the EA Group.
Christine is an expert in Enterprise Architecture, Experience Management and IT Strategic Management. She is a passionate Business Architect who believes in using simple approaches to achieve successful outcomes working with senior stakeholders and transformation leaders.
Christine was previously one of Enterprise Architects’ top consultants and lead trainer before leaving to take on senior global roles for RIO TINTO in Singapore, encompassing Information Management and Digital Workplace in End User Experience Management. During this time Christine also completed her doctoral studies in IT Management specialising in Enterprise Architecture and Business Interoperability.

With over 8 years of specialising in customer service, Stephanie brings a vast amount of experience to EA Learning. As the Client Service Manager, Stephanie looks after clients across Australia and New Zealand and is always on hand to help out with any questions about the EA Learning courses, including providing advice on which courses are most suited to the goals and objectives of her customers.
Seb has been working as a client manager for the past 6 years and is passionate about client satisfaction. Making himself available 24/7, Seb is available to answer questions, provide information and offer guidance to his clients. Seb has a deep appreciation for the EA Learning company morals and always puts his clients’ priorities first. Seb is hard-working, approachable and is motivated to achieve the best results for his client.
