Glen Willis has worked in the IT function of a broad range of organisations throughout his career and has had exposure across a number of roles and functions. More recently, Glen has worked as an IT architect and has 15 years of experience performing architecture practice management, enterprise and solution architecture roles. Using this experience Glen has developed ways to make the IT architecture function effective and efficient within IT and within the enterprise.
Glen has been a regular author and presenter with the ACS Business System Architecture and Design Special Interest Group for the past 14 years.
He has been a leading contributor to the Australian IT industry, speaking at industry events on subjects such as IT strategy, architecture management and architecture techniques. His particular areas of passion include looking at techniques to make enterprise architecture ‘real’ via the execution of solution architecture including the development of best practices and IT governance.
Glen holds a Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University, a Master of applied science from the University of Technology Sydney. Glen is senior member and certified processional of the Australian Computer Society. Glen is TOGAF 9.1 certified.
