Bard C. Papegaaij, MA is a highly experienced enterprise architect, change facilitator and leadership development expert with over 40 years of global industry experience.
He has held senior roles across organisations including Gartner, where he served as Research Vice President, Symposium Chair and Faculty Member of the Academy for Leadership Development, and has worked extensively across Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and North America. His experience covers a range of industries including finance, oil and gas, research, consumer electronics, travel, hospitality and the public sector.
His expertise spans enterprise architecture, organisational transformation, leadership development, team dynamics, neural linguistic programming, organisational culture and emotional intelligence, with a strong focus on enabling sustainable, high-performing organisations. He has contributed to the early development of TOGAF® and ArchiMate® and is currently part of the core group developing EDGY, an emerging enterprise design language.
