Dr Nisha Leena Sinha Roy is a strategy, transformation and enterprise architecture specialist with more than 20 years of experience helping organisations turn strategic ambition into measurable outcomes. Her career spans leadership, business operations and transformation across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, where she is recognised for bringing clarity to complexity and delivering practical, lasting change.
Having worked across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe – and travelled to more than 43 countries – Nisha brings a genuinely global perspective to organisational transformation. She partners with leaders to align strategy, people and capability, combining systems thinking with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics to create solutions that are both commercially sound and people-centred.
