Applied Business Architecture, Version 8 is a highly practical, three-day course designed to help professionals translate strategy into execution using proven business architecture techniques. TOGAF® EA – Foundation and Practitioner

Day One & Two: TOGAF® EA – Foundation

The first two days focus on building a strong foundational understanding of the TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition. Participants will learn:

  • Core Enterprise Architecture Concepts: Understand the fundamental role of EA in aligning business and IT strategies.
  • TOGAF® Standard Framework: Explore the principles and structure of the globally recognised TOGAF® framework.
  • The Architecture Development Method (ADM): Step through each phase of the ADM, gaining insight into how to create or evolve an enterprise architecture.
  • Governance in Architecture Development: Learn how governance ensures consistent alignment with organisational goals.
  • Outputs and Artefacts of ADM: Discover the key deliverables created during architecture development and how they support transformation.

Day Three & Four: TOGAF® EA – Practitioner
