Private Virtual Classroom Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply only to Private Virtual Classroom Classes for 10 participants to attend that are purchased via the EA Learning website. All other private classes, workshops, and engagements are subject to the terms and conditions provided as part of the applicable quotation or proposal. Please book a 15-minute call with our Corporate Account Manager if you have any questions. 

General

1. These terms apply exclusively to the purchase of a private virtual classroom class for your organisation.
2. A private virtual classroom class includes attendance for up to 10 participants.

Pricing and Invoicing

1. All prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.
2. An invoice for the Total Cost of the training will be raised upon purchase, unless payment is made at the time of booking.
3. Pricing includes attendance for up to 10 participants. Additional participants may only be added with the prior written approval of EA Learning and will incur additional fees.
4. Prices include the supply of all digital course materials.
5. Payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Payment must be received by EA Learning to secure dates and commence registration and logistics process, including the distribution of course materials and class access information.
6. If your organisation requires alternative payment terms, these must be agreed by EA Learning prior to the class being scheduled.
7. Notify us immediately regarding any withholding taxes that may be applicable.

Personnel

1. Instructors nominated are indicative. EA Learning reserves the right to nominate alternative personnel with similar qualifications prior to commencement of the class.
2. Available class dates are subject to instructor availability. Instructors will be committed once class dates are agreed and scheduled and payment has been received.

Resources

1. Participants are required to utilise their own laptops or devices for the course.
2. Digital materials are typically provided through EA Learning’s course material portal and may be downloaded by participants. If security settings prevent access to the portal, alternative arrangements may be available. Please advise us as soon as possible if this is required.

Schedule and Cancellations

1. Class dates are scheduled by written agreement between the parties following purchase.
2. Multi-day classes must be delivered on consecutive weekdays unless otherwise agreed in writing by EA Learning.
3. Classes cannot be scheduled on public holidays or bank holidays applicable to either the instructor’s location or the participants’ location.
4. If a private class is cancelled or postponed by your organisation within 30 days of the scheduled commencement date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the class fee will be payable within 30 days of the date of notification or the intended class commencement date, whichever occurs first.
