Training Style and Philosophy

Alan believes training should go beyond textbooks, offering practical insight and lessons drawn from both successes and failures. His approach is pragmatic and experience-driven, focused on delivering measurable benefits rather than abstract theory. He adapts his delivery to different audiences and learning styles, using real-world examples, humour, and storytelling to make even complex or “dry” topics engaging, relevant, and accessible.
