Neville Drake

Neville has a very friendly, positive energy and was equally welcoming to all class members regardless of their experience or level of vocal participation in the class. (Didn’t pick a favourite.) For most of the delivered content, Neville had relevant or relatable experience from his work history to draw on to illustrate the content and provide it with some colour and seasoning – this was an essential part of keeping us engaged and interested in the course material. He was also very good at taking questions and interruptions, skilfully bringing the conversation back to the main thread if it went astray. Finally, there was one day where I missed the first section of the training due to something out of my control, and Neville stayed back after the day’s training was finished to take me through the missed material individually. That was greatly appreciated. I feel like it was above and beyond the expectations in such a training course.

I am not exaggerating here when I say that Neville has been the best presenter / trainer / facilitator that i’ve ever had. He is funny, engaging, knowledgeable and patient.

Your in-depth knowledge of the framework, combined with real-world examples and industry applications, brought the material to life in a way that made it not only easier to understand but also highly relevant. I particularly appreciated the way you connected abstract concepts to practical scenarios, which helped clarify how TOGAF principles can be effectively applied in various enterprise contexts.

Your experience and clear passion for the subject made a significant impact on my learning journey, and I’m confident that what I’ve learned will serve me well in my role. Now I can apply better to my Solution Architecture role and provide at least checkpoint and best practices to access its viability without going down a rabbit hole.

Neville is great, very well versed not only with theory but the practical aspects and application of the TOGAF framework as well. this shows in the way he is able to very quickly understand the questions and answer them to the point in multiple ways.

Neville has strong background in architecture domain and hence providing real world scenarios while explaining the TOGAF concepts and methodology. This is greatly helping students to click on those areas. Overall, this has been a great course presented by highly professional instructor. Couldn’t ask for more!

Neville was great. Patient. You can tell he has years of experience in the field. Went ahead and did additional analysis of the Q&A supplied in the course materials, to give a better understand of the “Why” for some questions.
