Selina is a globally experienced transformation and organisational development leader with over 20 years’ deep experience leading complex, large-scale change programmes across government, business and community organisations. She works alongside senior leadership teams to design and embed future-ready, agile operating models, organisational structures and ways of working that support lasting change and realisation of strategic goals. She has extensive knowledge of business and operating model innovation, digital transformation, strategic workforce planning and enterprise capability development.

Selina is known for combining systems thinking with a human centred approach to change. She is a recognised specialist in enterprise change and resilience; helping organisations adopt data informed frameworks for decision-making and change governance.

An engaging facilitator, trainer and coach, Selina also specialises in the design and delivery of intensive workshops that accelerate collaborative solutions to complex cross-discipline problems.
