This course provides a refresher on the key principles, methods, and procedures of the M_o_R framework. Participants will learn how to integrate, evaluate, and implement these practices to manage various types of risks effectively.
The course includes a case study and two practice exams, offering insights into the four M_o_R perspectives: Strategic, Program, Project, and Operational. Upon completion, candidates will be well-equipped to take and pass the M_o_R Practitioner exam.
