Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP – CAT)


Whether you are an agile coach or change manager looking to level up; or a leader looking for a more structured approach to agile & digital transformation – this course is specifically designed to help you connect theory and practice to set you up for success. The two days will be a mix of theory, interactive discussions and exercises to provide participants with an experiential learning experience. Attendees receive their ICP-CAT (Coaching Agile Transitions) credential which is part of the advanced Enterprise Agile Coaching track. The course will be led by Peter Lam – one of the first four people globally certified to teach this course.
