In order to achieve the complete ITIL® 4 Managing Professional qualification, you must pass the official examinations for ITIL® 4 Foundation, ITIL® 4 DPI, ITIL® 4 DSV, ITIL® 4 HVIT and ITIL® 4 CDS. You can take the exams online (virtually) using a service provided by PeopleCert.
Once you complete each course in this suite, you will be ready to start preparing for the exams. To support you with this, each course contains two practice exams that will simulate the conditions of the real thing. This suite also comes with the required 5 x exam vouchers!
Before booking an exam, it will be a good idea to make sure that your device meets the technical requirements. Please visit the PeopleCert website for more information and guidance.
When you are ready to use each of your free exam vouchers, simply contact support. Exam voucher requests are typically processed within 2 working days but please allow up to 5. Students must request their exam voucher within the suite access period which starts from the date of purchase.
