An Introduction to this Change Management Foundation Course
This module introduces the Change Management course. Students receive a syllabus, course guide, and other e-learning materials.

Foundation Module 1: What is Change Management?
This module provides an overview of change management. It describes each stage to be completed in order to successfully introduce transformation within an organisation.

Foundation Module 2: Identifying Change 1: Strategy & Drivers
This module looks at the models used to understand organisations as well as organisational change. Students learn what drives transformation and become familiar with how strategies are designed and implemented in a way that guarantees success.

Foundation Module 3: Identifying Change 2: Culture Roles & Vision
This module looks at the importance and impact of ‘organisational culture’ on change management. Students learn about the roles involved in change as well as the benefits of establishing clear benefits for organisational transformation initiatives.

Foundation Module 4: Plan the Change
This module examines ‘change planning’. Students learn how to measure the impact of change and how to prepare organisations and individuals to take part. They also study how to plan for and tackle resistance to initiatives.

Foundation Module 5: Change & the Individual
This module looks at how change impacts individuals. Students learn how the right motivation and education can help individuals deal with and support organisational transformation.

Foundation Module 6: Stakeholder Engagement
This module takes students through stakeholder engagement. This includes how to engage and satisfy various stakeholders throughout the organisational change process.

Foundation Module 7: Communication
This module looks at the importance of establishing communication requirements within a change strategy. This includes how to execute communication during a change management project.

Practice Exam Simulators
The course features two practice papers for the Change Management Foundation examination, both provided by APMG. Students are encouraged to fully familiarise themselves with the course modules before attempting the practice exams.

Practitioner Module 1: What is Change Management?
This module takes another look at the key concepts and techniques outlined in the APMG Change Management syllabus. It explains how these elements can be used to embed and sustain transformation within an organisation.

Practitioner Module 2: The Practitioner Exam
This module introduces students to the format and question types encountered in the APMG Change Management Practitioner certification exam. To help them prepare, it also provides students with a project scenario for the modules of the practice exam.

Practitioner Module 3: Change the Individual
This module revisits the ‘Change and the individual’ section of the syllabus. It provides a scenario that students can use to practice applying their knowledge and skills to exam questions.

Practitioner Module 4: Change and the Organisation
This module revisits the ‘Change and the organisation’ section of the syllabus. It provides a scenario that students can use to practice applying their knowledge and skills to exam questions.
