I never considered business architecture an exciting topic until Neville started teaching the course. His experience and relatable real-world stories made the material quite enjoyable. I appreciate his response to my questions. Thanks, Neville!

Neville has a very friendly, positive energy and was equally welcoming to all class members regardless of their experience or level of vocal participation in the class. (Didn’t pick a favourite.) For most of the delivered content, Neville had relevant or relatable experience from his work history to draw on to illustrate the content and provide it with some colour and seasoning – this was an essential part of keeping us engaged and interested in the course material. He was also very good at taking questions and interruptions, skilfully bringing the conversation back to the main thread if it went astray. Finally, there was one day where I missed the first section of the training due to something out of my control, and Neville stayed back after the day’s training was finished to take me through the missed material individually. That was greatly appreciated. I feel like it was above and beyond the expectations in such a training course.

Mark is highly intuitive and is able to cite real world examples that help you build intuition. He paces it perfectly well. Eases you into the content and then when hard hitting content shows up, it gives you that intuition that helps you in self studying after the class is over.

Mark was great and using very clear examples to make his point helped a lot. His style worked very well for this group and for me specifically. I plan to become certified and work to evangelize this way of working throughout the organisations and our customers.

The course was phenomenal. I liked the course structure, methodology, material, and activities. Mark is a great facilitator, who also pointed out some useful resources during the course for the everyday application of business architecture in our work. I would not hesitate to recommend the course to anyone who is seeking a similar learning experience.

I am not exaggerating here when I say that Neville has been the best presenter / trainer / facilitator that i’ve ever had. He is funny, engaging, knowledgeable and patient.

Ahmad did an excellent job of keeping to the agenda and managing time. I appreciated how the Ahmad gently curtailed off topic questions so we could stay on schedule, without discouraging participation.

Ahmad industry experience was evident in the way they shared real world examples. That gave the material more depth and helped me see how TOGAF is applied, not just theory.

Good balance between diving deep where needed and moving on when appropriate. The pace was just right.

Alan was absolutely fantastic and incredibly engaging which is vital for a course like this of 32 hours (minimum) stretching across 4 consecutive days.

Alan was to the point, on time, and applied such great experienced examples to key point helping us understand real life examples to what we’re learning.

Alan was able to maintain engagement, interest, and humour throughout which is something I’ve never seen any trainer do with such hefty content.

Overall, huge appreciation for Alan and his wealth of knowledge to support my personal growth as it has been invaluable. Alan went above and beyond the hours to support where required. There was honestly no point left misunderstood because Alan did an ace job in clarifying every last detail.
